Additionally, we may also automatically collect your IP and referring website addresses, browser types and Google search words used. We also can track activity on the website in a general sense, knowing how many clicks occurred on this web page and what links were clicked on. This helps us gauge how to improve our website.
21 Day Refund or Exchange Policy
We allow refunds or exchanges for all full price goods returned within 21 days of purchase.
ALL CLEARANCE + SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE however can be exchanged if returned within 10 days and we are happy to offer a store credit.
We are a local, independent company and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds (this includes incorrect sizing) but are happy to offer a store credit.
SAMPLE SALE Garments purchased under the Online Sample Sale have been reduced as they are samples. Some garments may have slight faults, marks or fabric variation. All garments have been checked and are in a 100% wearable condition. All Online Sample Sale products are final and cannot be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange. Please call us before you purchase if you have any questions regarding these items. We’re here to help.

Items purchased under a Promotion, Flash Sale or Discount is classified as a sale item.
Goods being returned for exchange will need to include in your return, a prepaid Australia post satchel ( 3 kg for pants, 5 kg for jackets).
The returned goods, other than faulty items, must be returned in a resalable condition (tags still attached, unwashed and unworn). We will require proof of purchase, like a copy of the receipt or verification of order email. You will need to contact us to arrange a return number. Pure Brandz will not accept any goods back without this number. All goods being returned for Warranty assessment must be CLEAN-WASHED before returning. We will not accept any items that are unwashed.

We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit. You will need to pay for shipping to us unless otherwise specified. Also depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds Process (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. From there, we will process your refund or product exchange (this will need to occur in the 21 days Return & Refund Policy window to be applicable {10 days for sale items}) and update you. If seeking a refund and returned item(s) meet all point of sale conditions, we will credit you the amount to your original payment method within 10 days.(excluding shipping cost)
